Let's talk about salt! Salt is very important! All your muscles in your body, including your heart, require salt to engage the sodium-potassium pumps! In order for your muscles to function properly, you need to make sure you are consuming enough salt to allow these pumps to work properly!
I have also lost 0.25 inches off my bicep this week! And down to 24.8% body fat! I have lost over 56 pounds, 15.9% body fat, and 20.5 total inches in a little over 10 months! The carnivore way of life is amazing!
