2) Fatty cuts of meat
Help provide additional calories for energy.
3) Hydrate and electrolytes
Water and electrolytes are important for muscle function.
4) Try to eat before a high intense workout
5) After workout, focus on high protein foods
6) Included organ meat or supplements.
7) Listen to your body
Pay attention to hunger and energy levels. If feeling fatigued or lacking energy, may need to increase calories (aka eat more fat).
8) Avoid overtraining
You need recovery time to help the healing process.
