I start out by going around visiting a few places to see if I can find any star shards hidden in the ground with the "I Spy" badge. After which I return to merluvlee, get some information, buy a power plus badge, and hitup the casino playroom for a few rounds of fun. After that I make some major progress in the Toy Box. I finally got the cooking pan back but turns out I become cake-locked! Stupid inventory limits...

This is part 23 of my first playthrough of Paper Mario on the N64. I have never played this game before so I'll most likely be taking it very slowly. This is additionally a blind playthrough of the game.
