Repair results

This is the yard and porch of our distant house. Concreting the yard costs $500. The porch (column, canopy and hallway) costs another $500. It is not expensive. The column was installed in place of a sewer well. Therefore, after 3 years the column began to fail. A crack has appeared. But the builders corrected the problem. They guarantee their work.
