Cat And Turtle Duo Cuddle Like Littermates

Don’t you just love to see two animals so very different form a very unlikely alliance? The combination almost always includes a feline, maybe because they are rather infamous for not accepting other animals in their home, unless they come from the same litter.

But even cats can surprise us every once in awhile, making us want to call our childhood frenemies and patch things up. Cats do seem able to accept any animal into their private space and that includes reptiles as well.

Turtles are reptiles too, you know. Another thing cats are infamous for is their inbred fear of anything that slithers, though it might seem like they will accept a reptile if it has legs! That is why the alliance between these two is one of the most unlikely to ever happen. The cat is so patient, while the turtle keep ramming itself into the cat’s belly. The cat might look like she doesn’t like what the reptile is doing, but trust us, if that cat wanted the shoo the turtle, she would have done it! Patience is a virtue and this cat is full of it!

Think this is just an isolated incident? One cat formed an even unlikelier alliance with an animal that looks more like her natural foe than this turtle. A rescued Siamese cat named Din Din became best friends with another rescued animal, a bearded dragon named Joanna. When you see them play, you won’t be able to stop!
