I spent two days trying to address a cyclical occurrence of being temporarily locked out of my account. I learned a lesson about those #multifactorauthentication devices. It does require having to call into Online Banking tech support and finding the agent who will properly defer to the right department. From there, having an agent with the awareness to think of what could be the root cause to it all.
