This scammer says he has to remote in to remove the charge and to find the hackers. I don't listen and the scammer keeps saying mother do what I say. You must go to anydesk and give me the code. I then put the computer in MAC OS 9. The scammer gets lost and confused and gets angry when I don't follow directions the scammer loses it. I put him in netscape and a webtv browser. The scammer continues to get mad that he coughs a lot I ask him if he has a cold and I told him he should get it looked at. You will hear several scammers in the background coughing spreading the cold around the call center. I told the scammer to get a glass of water. At the end the scammer gets angry says some bad things and hangs up.
