end morning anxiety (with this routine, took me 6 months to figure out)

If you're anything like me, you're dying to end morning anxiety. I've struggled with morning anxiety for my entire adult life. I've even cut out coffee to see if that would help end morning anxiety.
Though it did help, this routine has actually really helped me so much to end morning anxiety and consistently feel good in the morning -- like ACTUALLY.
