Cincinnati doctor says children suffer from PTSD because of neighborhood violence

A Cincinnati doctor says the city's children suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder because of the violence in their neighborhoods. Dr. Victor Garcia says the problem also is linked to poverty, which very few of the poorest poor are able to escape. Intervention is needed, Garcia says.
