Ukrainian weapons production is a BIG deal for many reasons. Homegrown weapons can be used to attack Russia. Weapons manufacturers' willingness to invest in domestic production in Ukraine is a fantastic sign that they think Ukraine will prevail. And, it doesn't hurt that they will have additional weapons.
