Putin planning major escalation in Black Sea, British intel warns

Britain claims it possesses intelligence indicating that Russia is engaging in efforts to target civilian cargo ships transporting grain in the Black Sea.

These actions purportedly involve the laying of sea mines, with the intention of attributing any resulting attacks to Ukraine.

The United Kingdom, however, has not presented any concrete evidence to substantiate these allegations, NBC News reported.
