OH Rep. DJ Swearingen on Ohio Parents Bill of Rights Act and Never Alone Act

State Rep. DJ Swearingen lays out the case for two important bills he co-sponsored: The Parents Bill of Rights, mandating that teachers and schools inform parents of all mental, emotional, or physical health-related changes in their child and prohibits them from encouraging students to hide these changes from their parents. And, the Never Alone Act, giving parents the right to be in the room with their adolescent children when they are treated or examined by doctors who may or may not be pushing "gender affirming care" on confused kids.
