Susan Herman, President of the ACLU, and Matt Kibbe discuss the Fourth Amendment. "The problem with government surveillance is that it reverses the conditions for democracy. It enables the government to know everything about what we're doing, and prevents us from knowing what they're doing. Either of those results by itself would be a problem, but together they prevent any remedy."
