Two Homeless Women Attempting to Steal Electricity on North Main Street in Wilkes-Barre, PA

This happened a few nights ago. Two homeless women trying to steal electricity to charge their cell phones on North Main Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. We're seeing this more and more. Peters' Deli up the street had to move their Bayo's Ice cooler indoors because homeless people kept unplugging it (in the middle of summer) to charge their phones. It's theft, plain and simple.
