Day 5 - Senses of the Body

Every experience that we have in our lives will involve one of our senses, without our senses there is no experience

We often get caught up in our thoughts, yet our thoughts are not part of our experience which means are thoughts are not our truth

The feelings inside our body are stimulated by our senses

Today we will go into a meditation experience to take time and appreciate what our body does and what it is capable of

5 senses of the body
Connects with
The Spirit (Soul)

Where our attention goes (soul) intention flows (mind)

When we become still and bring awareness to our senses and really focus on what takes place in these moments

Our senses heighten and improve, all it takes is awareness

The best way to connect with our body is through the eyes of the soul - todays meditation will explore and appreciate our senses

To Hear
To taste
To smell
To touch
To see

During the day there is much activity of the mind

When we experience the senses as the Soul they make no sense because the mind is out the way

Going within will allow us to remove distractions to understand and appreciate the magic of our body

And by bringing awareness to our senses in the meditation, we will notice how much more they contribute to our daily lives.

Throughout the day take time and set intentions to be with your senses - presence -pre'sense'

Notice how much more aware you become and how much more you can use our sense to enjoy the full taste of life
