My weight loss journey
I am a Certified wellness and fitness coach for the FASTer Way to Fat Loss! I began my journey in 2021, and have lost 35 pounds & 25 total inches!
The Faster Way Program is designed to maximize health goals through carb cycling & whole food nutrition. We practice intermittent fasting using the fasting clock that is best suited for your needs.
I love the 30 minute workouts that can be completed at home or at the gym. The Pro-trainers for the FASTer Way utilize HIIT training 2 days a week, strength training 3 days and 2 days of active recovery!
