Inspection day on a 4 plex

Hagerstown inspection day. Most of the work needed is outside. Some siding. A few windows. Some tree trimming. A little patch work, here and there. We are already devising a plan to maximize rents. We will likely be renegotiating this contract, once we have our hard costs. Hopefully the deal stays together.
