Interlacing Triplets | Morning Warmups

Hey there Rumble(rs), I’m back with today’s clip of warm-ups from 🥁 practice this morning for you. Today is all about Triplets, both 8th note & 16th not Triplets. This pattern is a fantastic part of a warmup routine. It’s super useful in so many elements of our drumming. Practicing this diligently will improve your hand technique, stick control, speed, endurance, relaxation (while playing), and creativity in fills. I, myself, could certainly make things smoother at this tempo.

***This pattern is great to use when working on the Moeller Technique, but more on that another time. 😉

If you’re a fellow drummer, get after it and enjoy!
