On September 20th Alfredo Newball came home from work to find his wife Cecilia's car parked on the street rather than in the appartment building's secured parking lot. Inside the car were a generic Goodbye card, her wedding ring and her engagement ring. Cecilia, 8 months pregnant at the time, and her young son Rene were nowhere to be found. Several days later a typewritten letter arrived, claiming that Cecilia had run off to Honduras with a doctor named Arturo, whom she claimed to be the father of her unborn child.
