Pessimism Prism

not the sort that i forgive,
affects too much the world we live,
negative thoughts,
deserving seizure,
consider this arrest procedure.

cuz i caught up with pessimism,
left it reflecting in a prism,
&
though that prism glows with doubt,
be confident it won't get out,

refracting off the inside walls,
it can't escape without the tools,
plus stays alight so all can see,
confidence turn to certainty,

'can't escape without the tools'
nice to know, that we share rules,
nice to know, that we share truths,
though there is not a lot of proof,

examine our creative thoughts,
giving negative support,
it makes me feel the weight of the world,
but will not let me break these spells,

a damn good reason to be mad,
shocking software, simply bad,
now I'm okay with a fair fight,
whilst too much of this just can't be right,

kept an eye,
on my perspective,
payed attention,
as directed,
exam conditioned,
lazy thoughts,
must have been,
how they were taught,
passing on beliefs as facts,
back engineered & doesn't track,,

catching up with fading patients,
a load of mates and some relations,
triangulate and come together,
sunken dreams may mend the weather,

telemetry of broken hearts,
been getting aggro from the start,
wish i knew,
what i did to you,
from birth to death,
to likely die without a clue!

pessimistic broken past,
turning sense made into scars,
optimism needing help,
outside the confines of this shell,

consider quitting whilst ahead,
this place won't stop until it's dead,
you got an awful lot out of life,
though your message & truth,
needs to survive,
