Today's recipe is Shibazuke of cucumbers and eggplants.
It's very simple but authentic pickels.
We made a lot so cooked fried rice with this shibazuke.

<Ingredients>
2 eggplants
3 cucumbers
100g Momishiso(Rubbed Shiso with salts)
2g coarse salt
75ml vinegar

We mariminated Shibazuke with "Tsukemono-meijin" this time but there is another way to make Shibazuke.
