Carnivore Breakfast Casserole

YES, breakfast casserole fits very well into a low carb or keto or carnivore eating plan! Just take out the carby stuff. I make this casserole with 1 pound sausage (or hamburger with sage and salt), 12 eggs, 1/2 c. heavy whipping cream, 1 cup shredded cheese, 1/2 t. mustard, 1 t. salt, a little pepper. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Reheats well, also freezes well.
Cut into 12 pieces. Each piece has:
1 g carb, 12 g protein, 24 g fat, 269 g calories, 0 g fiber.
