#2. The Sufficiently General Theory of Governance | Mikhail Velichko

All processes in Creation can be described as processes of governance or self-governance.
This course presents a first of its kind: a theory of governance, sufficiently general in terms of universality of application, hence: the sufficiently general theory of governance (the SGTG).
The SGTG provides a novel terminological apparatus which can be used to describe all processes in Creation — from the global historical process to a child riding a bicycle around a puddle.
The previous lecture was devoted to the entire function of governance (the EFG) which is a delimitation of all the stages that occur in any process of governance from start to finish.
Lecture 2 is devoted to the 3rd stage in the EFG: Setting of objectives.
