The Weepy Guy on North Main Street in Wilkes-Barre, PA

Okay, so there's this guy, walking up the street, and this woman in a car. She slows down, pulls over, smokes a cigarette, all while this guy unintelligibly cries and whimpers about something. I have NO CLUE what's going on here. I went outside and they both left when I went out on the stoop to get a better view of the show. She left in her car. He waved to me and left on foot. They may have taken it further up the street, but who knows?
