California Governor Gavin Newsom has chosen radical pro-abortion activist Laphonza Butler to serve out the rest of the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein's term. But there's just one issue: While she checks many of the boxes progressives love — black, female, LGBTQ+ — she currently lives in Maryland.
