"The Ultimate Homemade Pizza Recipe: From Dough to Deliciousness!"
Here is the Pizza Recipe for you :
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
1 ½ cups warm water (110°F to 115°F or 45°C to 46°C)
2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
1 teaspoon sugar
3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ teaspoons salt
For the Pizza:
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, etc.)

1. Prepare the Dough:
a. In a small bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
b. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center.
c. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the well. Stir until a dough forms.
d. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until it's smooth and elastic.
e. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
2. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) or as high as it can go. If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.

3. Shape the Pizza:
a. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into two equal portions for two 12-inch pizzas or adjust for your desired size.
b. On a floured surface, roll out each portion into a 12-inch circle or your preferred thickness.
4. Assemble the Pizza:
a. Place the rolled-out dough on a pizza peel or an inverted baking sheet dusted with cornmeal or flour to prevent sticking.
b. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.
c. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
d. Add your choice of pizza toppings.
5. Bake the Pizza:
a. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or directly onto a baking sheet.
b. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
6. Serve and Enjoy:
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute or two, slice, and serve hot. Enjoy your homemade pizza!
