Let’s face it, we have all been the perpetrator of trying to impress other people, and sometimes it comes at the cost of doing something that is best for us.

Sometimes, we do something detrimental for our future, just to fit in with the crowd.

How does that impact our mental health? Our finances? Our energy levels? Our self esteem?

Can this lead to an endless chase that spirals into depression?
