A mama gorilla is casually taking a stroll with her baby, playfully climbing on her, when out of nowhere she gets attacked. But the silverback, the leader and protector of the group, instantly catches wind of the altercation and moves in with terrifying speed. He knows exactly who started the fight, and with his incredible strength, he pins the aggressive gorilla down. Notice that he's not trying to hurt the other gorilla but rather calm it down, de-escalating the situation.

You can almost hear him telling the other gorilla, 'When I let go, you need to behave.' Keeping the peace within the troop is as important for a silverback as protecting them from external threats, and this one did a fantastic job at that."
