Arms Beastmode = Upper body growth

This is not advice. It's what I'm doing, given my limitations. I don't think my shoulders are stage ready cbum dwight howard boulders. They are the biggest I've ever had em and they have grown from doing these insane arms demonic drop set psycho sets that tax the whole upper body and activate shoulders, back, and chest as stabilizers. I recently realized I can get some good chest stretch activation from the triceps overhead dumbbell exercise without flaring up the shoulder imbalance and causing face/head numbness. Honestly, I'm tired of trying to explain why I can't train like a normal person. Go watch the pinned posts on my page if you are curious. TRUST ME, if I could do more than 3 freaking exercises I would, this is not by choice. 4 years ago it started out as just finding some way to start training again. Now it's this. Whatever your limitations are, start doing SOMETHING I'm in it with ya, who knows where you'll end up if you start. #bodybuildingmotivation #traininsaneorremainthesame
