In the heart of nature, by the flowing waters of the river, we had an enchanting and delightful experience.

The sound of the river's gentle flow composed a never-ending and soothing melody for us. Beneath the blue sky adorned with white clouds and the sight of natural creatures, moments of tranquility and mindfulness enveloped us.

In this serene and beautiful place, beneath the blue sky, we embarked on preparing kebabs and sour chicken. The delightful aroma of grilled meat and the scent of charred fats captured our senses and served as a reminder that the beauty of being alongside nature and friends is truly incomparable.

Kabab Torsh is a type of kebab that is traditionally prepared in the northern regions of Iran, especially in Gilan Province. In this dish, tender pieces of veal are marinated with finely chopped onions, sour pomegranate juice, a small amount of pomegranate paste, crushed walnuts, and local aromatic herbs from Gilan (such as chuchagh and jafari), along with black pepper and salt. Once the ingredients have infused the meat with their flavors, it is grilled over a gentle wood charcoal fire. This results in a delectable combination of sweet and sour flavors that make Kabab Torsh a mouthwatering delight, often served with sangak bread or rice.
