How well do you understand your buyers' requirements? Are you being overly specific or obsessed with certain areas, amenities, or schools? It may be time to discuss flexibility and distinguish between "must-have" and "nice-to-have" criteria.
Relying solely on MLS is no longer sufficient. While it's one method, it's not THE method.
