Shot in hi8 then mixed on an old 3 machine video edit suite. After 23 layers of mixes and blends. All that was left was static. Analogue fully degraded. I then using a targa system in an 8100 PowerMac, remastered and pulled the image back out of the soup of static. There is a subtext. Apart from seeing how far an abstract image can be pushed in time while hanging on to a moment of realism. A little piece of ‘Photogenie’.
