A person who claims to work for the council tries to stop me filming for my YouTube channel (better sound).

So one who seems to be from the council felt he could stop me filming for my YouTube channel even thought about 200 or more people were also filming. I presume I was stopped as I look of a certain religion.

He claims you need a press pass to film. You do not.

Shame on him for trying to remove my rights.

I have had a quick play to improve the sound.

Also I have contacted the council and gave it several days, but at the time of publishing this film, I have had no reply from them. But to be honest I did not expect a reply.

If you listen he admits he put his hands on me. I guess if you work for a council you must be allowed to do what you want and invent the law as you go on.

Anyway, I publish this as evidence, just to show the problems you face doing something legal.

The pic shows a second chap who joins the first one then after a while walks away. Perhaps they thought they were intimidating. I have seen flowers moire intimidating than these two.

Because of experience I tend to film any person who comes up to me in this way, as they may claim I have said or done something, or deny what they have said or done. I will probably also upload it to YouTube so if anyone does make an accusation then I have evidence.

Again it was interesting that at least 200 people, and I suspect more, were taking pics and vid, but I did not see another person being stopped. As I say I suspect because I look like I may be a member of a certain religion. I also noticed that everyone at the event was white.
