In a special Take 5 edition of Stand on Guard host David Krayden describes how the Candian Radio Television-Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) is creating an online media registry in accordance with the Online Streaming Act, or Bill C-11. David doubts very much that the $10 million threshold for registration will last very long and the CRTC has moved from becoming an arms-length regulatory agency to an agent of the Trudeau government.
