Crews of 152-mm towed guns Gyacinth-B working

During the special military operation, artillery units of the Western Military District continue to carry out fire missions to defeat artillery batteries of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, destroy defensive structures, suppress command posts, and destroy enemy fire weapons and military equipment.

Crews of towed 152-mm howitzers Gyacinth-B deliver precision strikes on enemy positions around the clock. In one of the directions in the zone of a special military operation, personnel of an artillery battery of a motorised rifle formation destroyed dozens of strongholds, fortified, camouflaged points, transport interchanges through which equipment, ammunition, food and ammunition had been transferred to the enemy’s front line points.

Russian artillerymen are also responsible for knocking out heavy and lightly armoured enemy equipment. The fiery bouquet of Gyacinth-B illuminates the area with a red flash. The roar spreads to the nearest villages. The shock wave is so strong that the ground shakes tens of meters away. The cannon fires at a distance of up to 30 km and can handle any enemy equipment. Ammunition for the Gyacinth-B is always ready. They can only be moved by hand. Although each weighs about fifty kilograms. Behind the steel body is a powerful filling that destroys everything in its path. The gunners are competent and make adjustments instantly.
