Two Workouts, One Day || Hard Training Day in the Life

This is my first double workout day in over a year. I did a threshold workout on the treadmill in the morning, and a VO2Max workout on the bike in the evening. Both were challenging, but the bike was definitely harder. I love the structure and intentionality that my training has right now. I feel really healthy and in a great place to build fitness.
