In ed recovery, it’s easy for me to become complacent and follow a routine that I feel comfortable with. That’s not what full recovery is about though, so I’m flexing my eating flexibility muscles by following Spencer’s diet for the day. This was honestly a really fun challenge, and I enjoyed not making any decisions about food this day. In Spencer’s words, his diet is “perfect”, so follow along to see a perfect day of eats.
