Stephen Scher brings a host of skills to the legal team. His background in biology and his meticulous research skills help at all stages of cases. He grew up having surgeons as parents: Mom, an ear nose and throat surgeon; Dad an eye surgeon. His plan was to go to medical school. While working in a lab one summer he developed an interest in medical patent law. This led to his enrollment in law school instead of medical school.

Over the past 30 years Stephen has been a successful entrepreneur and a part time lawyer at Myer and Scher, LLP. During the past three years he has increased his participation at the firm. He has fought for health care workers who were fired for not taking the Covid vaccines. When the firm got involved with the Remdesivir cases, Stephen dove into the research. He likes to work behind the scenes, doing much of the prep work for motions, depositions and trials. He played a huge part in the research and drafting of the Complaint against Gilead Sciences. His role is vital to the success of this case.

Bradford L Geyer spent 21 years in the US Department of Justice chasing and charging white collar criminals engaged in corruption, research fraud and grant fraud, foreign and domestic, establishing the most effective procurement and grant fraud task force prior to its being largely shuttered in 2010 with the roll-out of stimulus funding that played a devastating role in undermining the country’s rule of law and enforcement system.

Since leaving USDOJ in 2012, Brad has focused on public service work by representing whistleblowers and defending the falsely accused in high stakes federal actions including the January Sixers.

In early 2020, while in Southeast Asia, his physician and research contacts in the US, China and Vietnam informed him that there were safe and effective treatments for Covid19 that were off patent and safe and that, not only could these safe drugs safely treat Covid after contraction, but they were also extremely effective in preventing Covid 19.[1] Meanwhile, he saw the WHO protocol vanish and he saw a new deadly protocol emerge focused on remdesivir, a failed ebola drug.[2] He quickly identified that off-patent cures and advice to elected officials was being sabotaged by a syndicate of Big Pharma, Public Health officials and a corrupted research establishment while social media companies were engaged as agents of suppression by government.

He directed FormerFedsGroup.Org, a private sector, crowd-sourced task force relying in part on former prosecutors and agents, to investigate suspected Crimes Against Humanity, and develop legal causes of action to blunt these unlawful efforts while developing and preserving evidence for referrals for criminal prosecution to enforcement agencies in the future after faithful government servants within these agencies have completed the restoration process.

Brad believes that things today do in fact look dark, but things always look darkest through the dawn and his contacts within government assure him that they are working feverishly behind the scenes to restore our nation’s great institutions.

FORMERFEDS.ORG (501c3—donations tax deductible) CHBMP.ORG@fedsfoundation, @chbmporg, @bradgeyer, a 501c3 organization, expanded its efforts in April 2020 to save lives and interdict and investigate Pandemic Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity for legal action and future criminal prosecution. Its efforts include:

Combatting efforts to coerce unlawful medical experimentation on children and American prison populations who are being punished for not joining unlawful experiments.
Supporting investigations and litigation against pandemic crimes,
combatting forced medical experimentation, and organizing victims of the “FDA death protocol” that criminally imposes failure to treat to impose late stage use of the deadly drug, Remdesivir, killing countless Americans in American hospitals daily.
Promoting, protecting and defending courageous physicians, nurses and whistleblowers who stand against Crimes Against Humanity and authoring amnesty programs for treating physicians and nurses and leniency programs for others.
Promoting and protecting the Bill of Rights through litigation and an array of public service initiatives including the Religious Waivers Program, the Medical Exception Program, the “Pro-Se Initiative,” the “Remdesivir Victims and Victims of Vaccine Injury Support and Action Group” to help victims and spur the development of novel causes of action to develop legal theories of liability and criminal culpability to grow the pool of attorneys taking on these challenging cases.
FormerFeds.Org has placed over 50 cases around the country and preserved the record and conducted videotaped witness accounts regarding over 1,000 cases.
