U.S. Spy Agency dreams of surveillance underwear it's calling “SMART EPANTS”

The United States federal government is devoting $22 million in a new form of surveillance in what is called “SMART ePants,” a fabric that allows the end user to track and record audio, visual, and geolocation evidence.

There is nothing “smart” about these pants, and only a complete dummy would ever think to wear this nonsense.
