Dear Lucas

October 21st, 2022 was the worst night of my life. I was told my 17 year old son, Lucas, is gone, no longer with me, he was murdered. Even though this nightmare feels like it just happened, it is coming up to a year already. I am still going through the court process. The murderer has since been out on bail and then charged for another crime and back in custody.
The murderer is just a kid himself. My boy was taken to a place where he was stabbed repeatedly in his chest and then thrown out into the street to die alone.
