My Computer Broke

Sometimes in the day of the Life of an IT agent, you will come across scenarios where the end-user would try to play innocent to an action that they've clearly caused. My computer broke is a statement that when it comes across an IT Support agent's desk, we typically take on how the computer broke with a grain of salt as users have purposely sabotaged their PC in order to get a new one or accidently damaged their PC.
