Back in My Day

Some IT Support Agents had the misfortune to come across an end user who felt proud enough to make statements that otherwise you know they couldn't do or complete, but they are so sure of themselves. Such instances are something IT Support Agents try to avoid when assisting end users, but some end users simply always have to revert to "Back in my day" scenarios in order to try to make their point more creditable.
