Easy Bread Wrapper Tutorial Video

Ingredients:
450g self raising flour
half teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
30g sugar
235g water
2 tablespoons oil
flour for dusting

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 2 hours

Method:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Slowly add the water, little by little.
3. Add the oil half way through mixing the water.
4. Knead well, then cover & leave for around 1 hour.
5. Divide the dough into 12 equal sized pieces & rest for another 10 minutes.
6. Then roll each one out to be fairly thin.
7. Using a dry frying pan, heat them for a few minutes each side.
8. Then place them directly on the flame, to make them puff up & brown on each side.

Storage:
They'll keep in the fridge for a couple of days or you can freeze them for when you need them.

Serving Suggestions:
Makes 12 wraps, serve or fill them with curries, Mexican chilli, salads, hummus, mushrooms, chips, etc...

1 sendok teh garam
30 gram gula pasir
235 gram air
2 sendok makan minyak
tepung untuk taburan secukupnya

Waktu Persiapan: 20 menit
Waktu Memasak: 20 menit
Total Waktu: 2 jam

Metode:
1. Campur semua bahan kering menjadi satu dalam mangkuk.
2. Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit.
3. Tambahkan minyak di tengah proses pencampuran air.
4. Uleni hingga rata, lalu tutup & biarkan selama kurang lebih 1 jam.
5. Bagi adonan menjadi 12 bagian berukuran sama & istirahatkan lagi selama 10 menit.
6. Lalu pipihkan masing-masing hingga cukup tipis.
7. Dengan menggunakan wajan kering, panaskan selama beberapa menit di setiap sisinya.
8. Lalu letakkan langsung di atas api, agar mengembang & berwarna coklat di setiap sisinya.

Penyimpanan:
Dapat disimpan di lemari es selama beberapa hari atau Anda dapat membekukannya saat Anda membutuhkannya.

Saran Penyajian:
Buat 12 bungkus, sajikan atau isi dengan kari, cabai Meksiko, salad, hummus, jamur, keripik, dll...
