Eating fennel after meals provides relief from acidity. Fennel reduces acidity by creating coolness in the stomach. Drinking lemon water mixed with a little sugar also does not cause acidity. Taking it sometime before lunch will be more beneficial. Sprinkle black salt on a piece of ginger, suck black pepper and squeeze half a lemon and drinking it regularly in the morning is also beneficial. Follow for health tips
