Ale Tasting Chimay Peres Trappistes Premiere Biere Ale

Doing something different on the channel; I was in the mood to pop open this bottle of ale (quite literally, take extreme caution opening these bottles!). Turns out I probably should have put it standing up in the wine fridge as I feel like it needs to be cooler for enjoyment, not to mention it's more bitter than I anticipated and more like a dark beer to me than a lighter ale/lager.
