Ingredients for Chicken Drumsticks Marinade:

Chicken drumsticks - 6-8
Salt - 1 & 1/2 tbs
Black pepper - 1 & 1/2 tbs
Onion - 1 medium size
Water - 1 glass

Ingredients for Chicken Drumsticks Coating:

Cooking oil - 400g for deep fry
All-purpose flour (maida) - 100g
Fry chicken powder - 2 tbs
Cornstarch - 1 cup
Garlic powder - 1 tbs
Baking powder - 1 tbs
Red chili powder - 1 tbs
Salt - 1 tbs
Black pepper - 1 tbs
Egg - 1
Water - 50g
