Assalam-o-alaikum dosto umeed krti hu sb thek ho gy.. aj me ap ky sath punjabi arvi gosht ki recipy share krny ja rhi hu to chalein shoro krty ha... hmy jo chezein chye.

INGREDIENTS:-

Arvi (1 killo)
Mutton (adha killo)
Payaz (3 medium)
Tamater (4 medium)
Hari mirch (5 sy 6)
Lehsan adrak paste (1.5 tbsp)
Oil (half cup)
Sabut garam masala
Haldi (1/4 tbsp)
Namak (1 tbsp)
Lal mirch (1 tbsp)
Zeera (1/2 tbsp)
Dhaniya powder(1/4 tbsp)
Kalvonji (1/4 tsp)
Garam masala (1/4 tbsp)

HOW TO COOK:-

Sb se phely pressur cooker lein or is me oil dal ky sabut garam masala or lehsan adrak paste ko achi tarah se fry kr lein ab is me hari mirch dal ky gosht dal dein or achi tarah se fry kr lein ta k gosht ki smell khatam ho jaye .. jb fry ho jaye to is me pani shamil kr ky galny ky liye rakh dein... dosri taraf payaz fry kr lein or phr payaz tamater ko grind kr lein...
Is ky bd gosht me spices add krein or grind wala masala shamil kr dein... jb oil uper a jye to is me arviya shamil krein or bhoon lein..
Is ky bd pani lga ky pressure lga dein... garnishing ky tor py hari mirchein dal dein or dish out kr ky serve krein...
