Military doctors of the Russian special-purpose medical detachment provide emergency qualified and specialised medical assistance to Nagorno-Karabakh civilians who sought help after a fuel explosion on the territory adjacent to the Stepanakert-Askeran highway.

▫️ Since the incident, 23 civilians with burns of the upper respiratory tract, upper and lower extremities of the torso have applied to the medical unit. All those in need and injured were provided with full medical care — primary surgical treatment of wounds was performed, anaesthesiological or resuscitation aid is being performed. At the moment, the tactics of further treatment are being decided.
