INGREDIENTS:-

Kaly chany ( adha killo) (soaked overnight)
Payaz(2 medium)
Tamater (4 medium)
Lehsan adrak paste (1 tbsp)
Hari mirch (3 adad)
Oil (1/2 cup)
Tez pata (2 adad)
Moti elachi (1 adad)
Haldi (1/4 tbsp)
Namak (1/2 tbsp)
Lal mirch (1/2 tbsp)
Zeera (1/2 tbsp)
Kalvonji (1/4 tsp)
Dhaniya powder (1 tsp)

GARNISH:-

hari mirchein
Hara dhaniya

HOW TO MAKE:-

Sb se phely cooker me oil , payaz , tamater, hari mirch, kaly chany or pani dal ky pressure lga dein... phr is me lehsan adrak paste shamil krein or high flame py bhony ..
Jb pani dry ho jye oil uper a jye to is me itna pani shamil krein jitna ap ny shorba rakhna ha.. or again pressure lga dein... dum py hari mirchein or hara dhaniya dalein...jhat pat kaly chany tyar hai..
