A hospital in China closed its obstetrics department; fewer people are willing to have children

The department used to have over 80,000 annual outpatients, but now it has to shut down. This reflects that even in relatively developed and densely populated regions like Zhejiang, fewer and fewer people are willing to have children. So, is Communist China far from a complete collapse?
